A Management Development Programme is created following a skills assessment. The skills assessment identifies people managers who would benefit from training, coaching or mentoring and addresses any areas of management development.
The programme is designed in line with the company’s vision, culture, and objectives and is tailored to the business strategy.
Accommodating up to 12 people managers, the programme encompasses structural content and can be delivered over a 12 month period. .
Each programme is bespoke for each company.
The programme includes organisational skills, team building skills, line management skills, communication skills, key HR process and more.
