HR Outsourcing is the practice of having any element of HR, including HR strategy, compliance, training and day-to-day employee issues completed by HR experts. This can be either instead of an in-house HR department or an employee who handles your HR and health and safety; or alongside your current team or department.
You can outsource the whole HR operation from pre-recruitment right through to exit management. Alternatively you can outsource a particular area such as talent retention or a particular project such as a restructure.
